REFRIGERANT CHARGEOnce detected and corrected the problem could be: Leaking coolant, moisture in the system or change of unit, proceed to charge the refrigerant in the following manner:A. - Install the gauge1.1. - Cut the pipe and install a fitting with its own flare, or open the key as appropriate.1.2. - With an installed extension or male hose fitting low (blue) of the gauge.1.3. - Connect the center hose (yellow) of the gauge to the vacuum pump.1.4 Turn on the low pressure gauge (blue) and make sure the key gauge high (red) remains closed.2. - Make the empty2.1.-Connect the vacuum pump and wait for the gauge low mark 29 or 30 mm. vacuum and wait about 15 minutes.2.2. - Turn off the low pressure gauge, disconnect the vacuum pump and wait at least 15 minutes. If the needle remains in its initial position can proceed to carry refrigerant, otherwise must locate the leak. This should spread with oil to the parts where you suspect the leak can be found, once localized open a key gauge low vacuum to remove and equalize the pressure. Correct the defect and make the gap again.3. - Refrigerant Charge3.1-Release the yellow hose of the vacuum pump and install it the refrigerant cylinder.3.2. - No hose press release a bit of coolant to remove air that has entered the hose.3.3. - Tighten the hose into the cylinder service valve of refrigerant, and release a bit of it.3.4. - Connect the refrigerator and open the low pressure gauge.3.5. - Open and shut off the low-pressure gauge, allowing between the refrigerant gradually, until complete loading thereof, according to manufacturer's specifications.3.6. - If you do not have the manufacturer's specifications, see the evaporator, in the part where he ends and where frost forms in this part is when the refrigerant charge is sufficient.3.7. - Prevent the return pipe frost occurs, this is a sign that you have too much cooling, so in these cases should be removed coolant until no frost on the tube.3.8.-Turn off the service of unity, or squeeze the tube, cut and solder as applicable.

REFRIGERANTES

GAS REFRIGERANTE Y ACEITE

COMPRESSORThe compressor meets the mission, inhaling, compress the refrigerant and print circulation is in the cooling circuit. The compressor can be many different types as seen later, but for now we will focus on reciprocating compressor and parts described in the following figure:The car's engine from the fuel used to power CREA serve to obtain the desired motion of the vehicle.CONSUME compressor motor power the car to produce a compression of a refrigerant gas will be used to obtain a cooling efficiency. The gas is sucked by the compressor, comprising a crankshaft with a pulley which receives movement of the automobile engine; on the crankshaft are joined by respective connecting rods, two pistons moving in their respective cylinders located in the compressor body .About these pistons is located the valve plate, which are arranged in each of admission and discharge. In its upper part also a cylinder head cover of the suction pipe and the discharge, has a suction channel joining with both cylinders and the discharge channel which connects the discharge of both with the outlet conduit of compressed gas.The base is closed by another lid on which there is lubricating oil.The pistons are in some cases, a graphitized Teflon ring which fails to join between ends leaving a slot through which can pass a part of the gas going to the crankcase during compression of the oil dissolved together with the gas passed to the compression chamber during the suction and then circle around the building.Other types of compressor are not leaving a Teflon ring tolerance between the piston and cylinder through which gas flows to obtain oil.ADMISSION AND DISCHARGE VALVES:These valves are fixed on the plates that separate the cylinders or compression chambers and chambers of arrival or departure of the compressor.to: Piston at top dead centerb: suction valve openc: Piston at bottom dead centerd: open discharge valve
