REFRIGERANTES

GAS REFRIGERANTE Y ACEITE

    REFRIGERANT GAS AND OIL

R-134a gas works at temperatures higher than those of R-12, is therefore basically the need for change.
For R-12 is used NBR supporting up to 110 ° C
For R-134a is used HNBR Hydrogenated supporting up to 130 ° C
    Lubricating Oils:
The mineral oil used with R-12 is not soluble with the R-134a must be exchanged forsynthetic lubricants or PAG families POL.
For Retrofits and lessons learned to date by the SAE engineers, companies with large fleets of taxis. It has been decided to use polyol ester lubricants for mineral oil residuesallowed up to 5% for temperatures up to -20 ° C and 10% to 0 ° C.
Polyol Ester lubricants have been adapted by manufacturers of hermetic compressors,semi-hermetic and open to domestic and industrial uses.
Only manufacturers of compressors for automotive AA adopted PAG lubricants.
Polyol ester lubricants are suitable for installations with PAG lubricants can fill these withPolyol Ester.
